Bio Agriturismo Falezze

Falezze Organic Agritourism in Italy
Our unique rooms, nestled in the enveloping atmosphere of Valpolicella in northeastern Italy, are a true haven of peace and beauty for those seeking an authentic experience.
Every detail is lovingly and expertly curated, from the choice of furnishings that reflect artistic culture to the small touches that tell the story of our family and our winemaking roots.
Here, among the stone walls and wooden ceilings that whisper ancient secrets,
every visitor is welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The windows
overlooking the fruit-drying room reveal secrets otherwise hidden by time, while
the play of light creates a relaxing atmosphere and warms the environment in
which you will be immersed. Upon waking, you can enjoy our organic breakfast, a
delicious and genuine experience celebrating the authentic flavors of our land.
Concept

The Organic Agriturismo concept
Welcome to “Falezze” Bio Agriturismo, a place of research and tradition in the
heart of Valpolicella. With over 85 years of history and passionately led by the third
generation of our family, the estate represents an expression of excellence in wine
and organic culture, in the enchanting commune of Illasi. We are located in the
heart of the renowned Valpolicella DOC production, in the picturesque Mezzane
valley.
“Falezze” is much more than a wine production site; it is an authentic sensory
awakening experience immersed in the unspoiled beauty of the countryside and art. Surrounded by hazel, oak, and ancient olive trees, and vineyards that tell
stories of research and ancient flavors, here, the art of cultivation and visual art is
handed down from generation to generation, respecting natural rhythms,
proportions, and nuances.
The Winery

Agro tourism in a winery
Complete your experience at Falezze with a tasting of our excellent organic wines, surrounded by artworks from the internationally renowned artists Sofia and Niko Kherkeladze. We personally manage our vineyards, dedicating ourselves passionately to every phase of the artisanal production process, respecting the rhythms of nature. For this reason, we have decided to limit our production to between 10,000 and 15,000 bottles per year. We love sharing with guests our passion for our vines, inviting each person who tastes the fruit of our labor into a world of care, dedication, and beauty.
